Bernard Dampson is a seasoned Cyber and Information Security Professional with over 18 years of experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security Management, Enterprise Risk Management, and Business Continuity.

He currently serves as the Head of Cyber and Information Security at Central Securities Depository (GH) Ltd, where he leads cybersecurity governance, cyber resilience, enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, and information security initiatives for Ghana’s securities depository infrastructure. He played a key role in the organization’s implementation and transition of ISO27001 standards and has led the organization to maintain eleven consecutive years of ISO27001 external audits with zero non-conformities.

Mr. Dampson also serves as Country Director and Management Advisor on Information Security for Shika365 LLC, where he provides strategic leadership and advisory support on cybersecurity, governance, operational resilience, information security, and technology risk management.

He holds degrees in Computer Science & Statistics and Management Information Systems, alongside several international professional certifications including C|CISO, ISO27001 Lead Auditor and Implementer, ISO22301 Lead Implementer, CEH, CySA+, and CCNA.
